As part of a year-long program, we take a customized approach to hormone therapy, GI optimization, weight management, sexual wellness and fertility planning. The same specialists you meet during these initial tests will be with you every step of the way, taking the time to hear your concerns and modify your plan as you reach new milestones. 

If you would like to continue collaborating with our team about your health, we will apply the cost of your targeted tests toward the price of an annual functional medicine program on a prorated basis.
